Strength & Conditioning Sessions

Information:

Our Strength & Conditioning Sessions are geared for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. These sessions are for ages 9 to 12 and 13 and above  and take place 3 times per week. Athletes can choose whether to come three days, two days, or one day per week. Sessions are offered every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Each day is designed to work on a specific part of the strength & conditioning process. These programs are geared for athletes to see monthly progress as they move forward.

* 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM

Cost:

  • 3 days per week (225 AWG)

  • 2 days per week (175 AWG)

  • 1 day per week (100 AWG)
